Sebastien Kolthoff was one of the most kind hearted, loving and helpful people  that any of you ever would have known. He was always willing to go above and beyond to help anyone with anything that he could Unrelentlessly. Unfortunately his life took a drastic change suddenly in the past few weeks and he is facing  life threatening illnesses. Sebastian has been diagnosed with stage four lung cancer and other severe iIlness that are very aggressive. Unfortunately the medical expenses  of $7,807.05 came and we are unable to support him in the timely manner to help and beat this illness. God forbid it leads to his passing over he would also need these expenses covered for the services of his passing. Sebastien would be missed by not only his immediate family but his community as he was known very well by everyone for everything that he has done. All contributions are excepted.
