Minnesota Canine Search Rescue & Tracking (MCSRT)is a small group of people brought together by volunteering in the search for a local young man and inspired by the amazing 2 1/2 year old bloodhound "Bleu". (Now 5 years old)
With the help and training of Scott Doering, (May he Rest in Peace) who also introduced them to a very accomplished Search and Rescue dog trainer named Steve Wald.
Since that time Bleu and Sandie Certified as a mantrailing team in level I and level III thru AMPWDA American Mantrailing Police & Work Dog Association)in Indiana.
In the Spring of of 2018 they will go back and re certify and spend a week of intensive training. In addition to the weekly training they currently do. Bleu is also doing cross training in Human Remains Detection
They've also added more K9 team members.

This group of people and their very loved k9s, realized they were of like minds and that they were all brought together for this reason. To help find "the lost", "the "vulnerable" and the "troubled" in the least possible time.
Minnesota Canine Search Rescue & Tracking will NEVER charge a fee for their services, and are 100% dependent on fundraising and donations from those who feel moved to help defray the costs involved in the formation of this non profit organization and offsetting the daunting costs of being prepared for and executing searches. The supplies, the travel, training, certifications, and readiness to go at any time in any weather.
Minnesota Canine Search Rescue and Tracking appreciates any support you can give. Whether it's a financial donation, donation of needed supplies, help in fundraising, volunteering for a search drill, or simply supporting us by sharing our information with your friends. All donations will be used for the actual cost of searching for the missing, Ongoing training, and certification of team members . Informational flyers for Local Law Enforcement agencies and demonstrations.
