Round Rock Family Fire Relief Fund

Donation protected

Scott Gillaspia and Shelby Hill were hanging out with Scott's two young sons, Zane and Caden on Sunday night, April 6 when an explosion in the garage set fire to their home.  The fire spread causing loss of home, personal possessions and furniture.  Shelby suffered minor burns when her jacket caught fire.  The family and their pet dog, Tango, were able to get out safely.

(Scott went back into the house the day after specifically to retrieve the framed photo below.  YAY! It was still there and not burnt!)

Scott has a long career in emergency work fields.  He is a licensed paramedic, professional firefighter and also works as armored truck operator.   Shelby works at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Donated funds will go towards a deposit and first month's rent on a place to live and replacing basic necessities.  They are currently staying with relatives.
