This memorial fund is to take care of the unforseen expenses for Scott Smith. Unfortunately, Scott did not have life insurance.
Scott was 42 years old when he passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday, July 16th early in the morning. He is survived by his 2 adult children- Alex (24) & Brendan (22); 2 young children Payton (5) & Zeb (2) and their mother Jennifer Smith; mother- Tonja Klein; stepfather- Danny Klein; brothers- Adam & Brian Shaffer.
