K-9 Deputy Injured

On June 6, 2020, Deputy Spencer along with Sergeant Damon Gutzwiller were investigating a suspicious vehicle and were ambushed by a suspect who used both multiple improvised explosive devises and an assault rifle on them. Sergeant Gutzwiller was shot and taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Deputy Spencer was severely injured by an explosive device and also struck by the suspect in a vehicle. 
 
Deputy Spencer has a long road to recovery but is in good spirits with his wife, Dorie and their son. 
 
All monies donated will go directly to the Deputy. This will allow him and his family the ability to focus on recovery without thoughts of financial issues.
