Saving Spenser's Future

In the last 24 hours, our family has experienced a devastating blow. My son Spenser has been accused of a horrid, inexcusable crime. One that given our family's history is painfully clear he would never commit. His kind heart, loving spirit, strong work ethic and ridiculous sense of humor simply prevent him from ever being that kind of person. Everyone who knows him knows all of this to be true. Unfortunately, for legal reasons, I'm not currently at liberty to discuss the details of the situation; suffice it to say, when our children need us, we jump into action. This is especially true when you know the accusation simply isn't possible. Not by his word alone but also by the actions he has lived his entire life. He has never been in trouble with the law and has been a good and helpful person to anyone and everyone who has ever met him. This accusation breaks my heart as the woman who raised him but also for the others involved. Please know that it's hard for me to come to you ask for assistance, and even more difficult when I'm not able to explain, and I'd like to assure everyone reading this that as soon as I'm able to discuss circumstances I will most definitely do so - while still protecting the privacy of those who need it, of course. We are facing mounting legal fees to defend our boy in addition to the time we will lose working, traveling, and preparing for this fight for Spenser's future. We need your help and assistance.
