Foreclosure prevention and medical bills

SO... It's been a rough couple of years - starting with losing my job in 2012. Lived on my savings and 401K since then, but after a serious accident in October, I incurred $200K in medical bills and was unable to walk or see for a few months. The permanent damage is almost bearable and I'm looking for work. However, since I was unable to make my car or mortgage payments during that time and unable to generate income, I received a notice of intent to foreclose on my home. I've lived here for 15 years - it's no palace, but it's my home and, possibly more importantly, my dog's home. :)  I need to raise approximately $6000 (or more for late fees and such) to bring my accounts current, my home out of foreclosure, and keep my car from being repo'd. This feels like begging (because it is) and I hate it. But I'm desperate enough to say the 3 words I HATE to say: I NEED HELP. I would absolutely try to pay back any donations if/when I'm able - if not, I will absolutely pay it forward (as my friend, Ricky, says: blessing us both). Even if it's just a dollar or a prayer, I will be beyond forever grateful.
