Jayden Grace Bell was born with half of a heart on the opposite side of her body, extremely small arteries, and without a spleen. She was diagnosed with severe Hypoplastic Left Ventricle Syndrome, Pulmonary Atresia, Dextrocardia, and Asplenia. At birth she was given just a few weeks to live but she continues to exceed doctors' expectations. Jayden, her twin brother Skye, and her mother live in South Carolina and must travel to Boston, MA to recieve treatment from the renowned heart surgeons at Boston Children's Hospital. Jayden has medical insurance but her family needs help with their traveling, food, and housing expenses.
