Pitbull hit by a car needs your help!

On July 12, 2014, my precious pitbull daughter, Tegan Rose, was struck by a vehicle near our home in Carpinteria, CA. Unfortunately, our gate was left open by an unaware delivery man and Tegan got out and was instantly struck by a small vehicle traveling on the road right in front of our house.

Tegan suffered a great deal of trauma and sustained both internal and external injuries, including a fractured pelvis, broken knees, internal bleeding and currently has air pockets in her lungs. She is in need of immediate emergency medical attention, mainly monitoring for the next 24-48 hours so that she can stabilize enough to become a candidate for pelvis surgery, which we would like to be able to do ASAP. We are hoping she will pull through, but good thoughts and good vibes won't pay these exponentially growing vet bills. We need to raise $15,000 immediately to cover the cost of her chest injuries as well as repairing her poorly fractured pelvis, and all in the next few days in order to have a chance at saving Tegan's life.
