We need your help to Save T3 Bankstown Line & EXPOSE THE COVER-UP!
The government is planning to cut all trains to City from 9 stations.
Over 19,000 commuters from Berala, Regents Park, Sefton, Chester Hill, Leightonfield, Villawood, Carramar, Birrong & Yagoona will have to interchange.
Overcrowding at Lidcombe as well as on the T1 Western Line and T2 Inner West/Leppington Line will significantly worsen. Travel times from west of Bankstown on average will be 2 minutes longer in the peak and 6 minutes longer in the off-peak even with an interchange from Sydney Trains to Metro at Bankstown.

Premier Gladys Berejiklian, Transport Minister Andrew Constance as well as Transport for NSW have failed to consult or inform the community west of Bankstown of the significant downgrade to public transport and are also withholding 185 important documents that contain information about the train cuts.
We need your help to fight back against this government's cover-up and abuse of GIPA (Freedom of Information) legislation to hinder the community from finding out about transport changes in the local area.

We are a community campaign fighting for public transport. Money raised will be used to fund our GIPA (Freedom of Information) request lodged to Transport for NSW, cover processing charges set by GoFundMe (7.25% + 30c per donation) and to assist with the cost of informing the local community about the transport changes.
Transport for NSW has sent us an invoice for $630 to access 185 documents that contains information about train services between Lidcombe - Bankstown - Cabramatta/Liverpool once the Sydney Metro Southwest (Sydenham-Bankstown)'s construction and operation begins. The documents also include information about a possible cut to the T3 Bankstown Line at Cabramatta, the impact of cutting the T3 Bankstown Line in half on other train lines and further information about the temporary transport plan for the T3 Bankstown Line during Metro construction.
