My name is DJ and I’m David’s father. I bought this house in 2014 and have spent years working hard to prepare it as a safe, stable home for my son David’s future. Unfortunately, serious family complications have put everything at risk. A family member moving in led to painful disputes over the property and trust. Combined with issues involving the mortgage lender, payments stopped and foreclosure proceedings have now begun. We have tried every possible option — multiple negotiations, different solutions, and repeated attempts to resolve the family disputes and work things out with the bank. Nothing has worked. All other avenues have been completely exhausted. This foreclosure crisis has been extremely stressful for David. The uncertainty and ongoing conflict have taken a heavy toll on him, amplifying the challenges that come with Asperger’s Syndrome. He needs the stability of this home now more than ever. 
 
 
 We urgently need to raise funds by July 2nd to stop the foreclosure process and save David’s home. This deadline is critical — it is our last and only chance to halt the proceedings. If we miss July 2nd, the full foreclosure process will move forward and we will only have 95 days to pay off the entire remaining mortgage or lose the house completely. Time is running out fast and we have no other options left. 
 
 
 David is an autistic adult with Asperger’s Syndrome. He has an absolutely incredible memory that amazes everyone who knows him. He remembers details from his first-grade classroom, can give precise directions to almost anywhere, and knows more about NASCAR than most of the drivers themselves — including their birthdays, racing histories, favorite teams, and personal stories. 
 
 
 What truly stands out about David is his lifelong dedication to helping others and making a positive impact in his community. He volunteered for years as a scorekeeper for Little League in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, where his commitment was so valued that the building was named in his honor (photo attached). He also regularly volunteered at the local church food pantry, always showing up with kindness, reliability, and a genuine desire to support those in need. Throughout his life, David has lived by the values of giving and helping others, touching many lives in quiet but meaningful ways. 
 
 
 David’s passion for NASCAR has taken him on an amazing journey. He has visited almost every NASCAR track on the East Coast — some multiple times — and has been to the Daytona 500 about 10 or 15 times. He met Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens at Daytona Speedway the year they won the Super Bowl, and these experiences have brought him great joy. 
 
 
 David has always been there for his community — volunteering, helping others, and showing kindness without expecting anything in return. He is the kind of person who would step up to support someone in need. Now, in his time of need, we are humbly hoping the community will come together and show him the same compassion and generosity he has always given so freely.
