Alyssa's Custody Fund

 I received an email demanding payment to the Lawyer that aided in getting custody of Alyssa from the
life of an Alcoholic abusive parent.  I must Pay this Lawyer as fast as I can and I need Help as I am not
making what I did a few years ago. If anyone knows any Philanthropist I need Help! If I don't raise
another
$8,000 quickly things will get nasty! All amounts add up. Thank you! 

I am asking and need everyone of my Facebook Friends to share this on your pages to protect Alyssa Please! I have to Raise $8,000 as fast as possible, like yesterday actually! I have gotten another "email" from my Lawyer and it is not nice! Losing my home is not an option and should not be because of one "man that was suppose to be a good father and was just the total opposite"! I have to Pay this Lawyer As Fast AS I CAN! Please push this on your Pages! Thank you! 

I did have to leave my 21 year job for another so I can provide for Alyssa and myself. Since then I have had to switch jobs twice. I have always helped others, all I ask is you Share this on your pages so it goes as far as possible! We need a GOD SEND! 


Things are bad I know because of this Pandemic and I am not making money to pay monthly.

We won the case but it cost a great deal of money. My Lawyer wants paid and I am not making it at work as a sales person right now. Anyone that knows anyone with that will help is greatly appreciate. This is has cost me a great deal of money and I would do it again if needed. I though cannot pay the additional money demanded for the work towards the end of the case. Lawyers are very expensive for Custody cases.  Alyssa is doing so well is in school now and she needs to be taken care of properly. Any and all help from whom ever can help I Give Thanks in Advance! I spent my life helping others and will continue to, I ask for Alyssa's sake as I cannot have my pay garnished to pay a lawyer and what I am making now cannot pay as I have stretched my credit cards to the limit, given up my 401 K all to save a child that should not have been put in that circumstance to begin with because of an addicted parent.

Alyssa's mother passed from Cancer in 2007, since then  her family life has taken a bad turn and she has been emotionally abused, involved in drunk driving accident, subject to driving with her parent while drunk, made to lie for his actions, she is only now just turned 12 and her life has been a trauma filled one. She was recently diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress and I have been told by her therapist that after listening to Alyssa just one visit, she was able to tell that Alyssa has lived a Trauma Filled Life!  I tried for years to do something but the system is warped in MD unfortunately! At the crisis of this ongoing nightmare, both Alyssa and her older brother told me they could not take another moment of the life they were living! I took a leap of faith and when I was finally able, I stepped in to stop this all when I finally was able to in March 2016. Since then the lawyer, court, mediation, therapy bills have been piling. I drained my 401k account to save her but this is not enough. I have lost numerous hours and days going to Court, to Court Order Therapists, to Lawyers, doctors it is all worth it save her! Alyssa was failing in school and now with me only 1 year under temporary physical custody she has made the honor roll, made new good wholesome friends, is involved in chorus in school. She is thriving and finally able to sleep at night but still has to attend therapy weekly because of all the trauma in her short life. There is much much more to this story but to keep it within bounds because of the still upcoming court dates and court therapists and the lawyer appointed to work for her, this is all I can describe now. The amount to save a child from an abusive situation should not cost what it does, but unfortunately the cost is exorbitant.

To be able to properly provide for Alyssa I am asking for help in paying the lawyers, therapists and court costs and all other costs involved to protect her. This will give Alyssa the mental well being she deserves and the safety of a loving, non addictive home. Alyssa can and will be the one to break this alcohol and other addictive substances cycle.
