<div>Hello, I am Dr. Khaled, a Palestinian from Gaza, l live in Rafah and working as a volunteer doctor at Abu Youssef Al-Najjar Hospital, in the emergency department, since the beginning of the war on Gaza. I work 24 hours a day and night without rest and without any financial compensation.

I'm still working as a volunteer emergency doctor in Rafah, helping the wounded and critically ill and all of this. For nothing in return for money, just volunteer for God.. Today I am forced to write to you with tears of loss, sadness, and the pain of separation, and with tears. My heart is sad that I have come to this. Please help me evacuate my family to the state of Egypt.. and I will remain in Gaza, as I cannot leave the wounded , as Gaza is in dire need.
