Support Satya Linak's Back Recovery

Hi friends.  As some of you know I have a serious lower back injury right now.  I went to the ER recently, had a CT scan done, and found out it's a herniated L5 S1 disc and a bulging L4 L5 disc.  I am in excruciating pain.  I can't move, sit, bend, twist, lift, stand for very long, or walk very well.  I am completely incapacitated and can only lay in bed on my back.  This is me right now.  


The next steps for me are to see a Neurologist, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, anything that will help.  I'm seeing if I need surgery or if there are other methods to get me back on my feet (literally).  I will be down for at least 6 weeks (it could be 2-3 months) and I haven't been able to work since November 12th, which is when my back started to go out. 

I am a freelance Makeup Artist in Los Angeles and if I don't work I don't have any income coming in.  There is no unemployment I can tap into.  This is honestly extremely difficult for me to ask for help, because I am so independent and work very hard.  I absolutely love doing makeup and being on set, so laying around in pain is not fun for me.  But I would be grateful for anything you all could donate to go towards my rent, bills, groceries, basic needs, medical expenses not covered through insurance, prescriptions, Lyft rides (since I cannot drive).  It is urgent I get help quickly with all of this. 

Also, if you are a friend in LA, I need help with basic things I am unable to do like doing my laundry, cleaning my apartment, getting groceries, going to the store, and giving me rides to any medical procedures if possible. Please reach out if you can assist me with any of that.
