Last December Aleksandra Nanieva (Sasha) lost her brave fight against cancer. Sasha lived in Dubai with her husband Akram and her two wonderful boys, Alexander and Alan, who are aged just three and eight.

Sasha was diagnosed with lung cancer two years ago. She was incredibly brave and battled her illness with utmost positivity and even humour at times. She was selfless and worried far more about the people around her than herself. 

Sasha was a highly valued and much-loved member of The First Group team, where she worked as a Sales Director covering the CIS region.

She excelled in her career and as a mother, wife and friend.

We are all devastated by her loss, and this GoFundMe page is dedicated to helping raise funds for her two boys, Alex and Alan. The cost of Sasha’s treatment has had a significant financial impact on her family, and contributions made via this page will go towards helping her boys now and well into the future.

Rob Burns is the CEO of The First Group and a friend of Sasha’s family will be acting as beneficiary in order to ensure the generous donations are used to provide for Sasha’s children.
