Battlin' for Sarah

The  Administration, Faculty, Staff and Students of Minersville Area School District are raising funds to benefit one of their own. Miss Sarah Ricigliano is a Junior at Minersville Area High School and is what many would view as a typical teenager. She is an outstanding young girl who is very polite and always has a smile on her face. She is a member of the volleyball team and studies dance. Sarah is an honor roll student and is very active in her community.  Sarah is respected by her teachers and peers because she is a great person.  Most importantly, she is one of ours at Minersville.   

Sarah lives outside of Minersville with her parents Peter and Cheryl and her younger sister Katelyn.

This October Sarah was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The funds raised through this campaign will be donated to the Ricigliano family to assist with expenses that result from her hospitalization and treatments.
