Hello, my name is Stephen Couey, one of Phil Sandoval's many friends. Phil Sandoval was one of this world's greatest treasures.
He touched so many lives, in so many ways. As I pour through Facebook, one can truly realize the void left by his absence. Monday morning at about 5 a.m. Phil was involved in a fatal car accident. This unfathomable tragedy, took such an amazing person, in the blink of an eye.
This memorial fund was started to raise money for the Sandoval family. During this terrible time of tragedy, the last thing his family needs to worry about is money. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to his family. Thank you!
