House fire on Sandalfoot Way

Around 9pm on Dec 12th, a home on Sandalfoot Way in Columbia, MD had a severe fire. The home, the family's vehicles, and their possessions were destroyed or badly damaged.
The community is pouring out support of clothing, shoes, and diapers to cover immediate needs. After the initial needs are met, donating money is often better than donating goods because it provides flexibility in how the donation is used.
