Samuel's last wish

Hi

I’m Samuel (19), and Last year I bought an incredible BMW e36. A confirmed petrol heads dream.

Sadly enough, this car

is not in the state it could be. I wish I could work on the car myself but unfortunately,

I had to quit my education in auto mechanics because it also became physically too difficult for me to

do.

4 years ago, I got the tough diagnosis of Friedreich ataxia, a rare, untreatable, terminal muscle disease.

Because of this, I have lots of nerve pains and have difficulties with

walking, speaking, seeing,

… People often mistake me for being drunk because of this.

My prognosis isn’t very favorable

either;

my symptoms will

never improve. Slowly I am losing the battle against this terrible disease;

My final wish is to restore my car and leave it behind for my family, especially my little brother. So, when my family misses me,

they can go for a drive in the car that I tuned in the color I picked and feel me close to them. I would love to repaint the car

in my favorite dark purple

and add new rims and bumper kit. This would make the car better than new. With this, I can

assure my family that my legacy will stay in good condition for as long as possible. Ending this project before I leave this world would make saying goodbye easier for me.
