Samuel Grae's Open Heart Surgery

Samuel Grae's Heart Fund for his open heart surgery.
I am helping my cousin Mary Grace Celis for this campaign to raise funds for her baby's undergoing medical treatment... Mary Grace and Erwin Encabo is recently blessed with their little boy, Samuel Grae, last November 8, 2016. However, Samuel Grae was diagnosed with CHD and test results revealed with the following heart conditions: ASD, VSD, PDA & Aortic Isthmus Narrowing.
An open heart surgery is needed soon to treat these conditions but it is not yet advisable since the baby's heart is still weak. Currently, Baby Samuel Grae is under medication to control the blood pressure and help his lungs unload some liquid. The physician will evaluate the baby's condition after months of medication if he is already fit for surgery.
In preparation for Baby Samuel Grae's open heart surgery, any amount of donation is highly appreciated.
