Elderly couple victim of flood

Hi everyone, my in-laws (Mike & Judy Barnhardt) and Sophie, their puppy, have suffered from a flash flood that produced 6+ inches of rain in 45 minutes at their residence. This has devastated them and destroyed their condo. Their car was swept away by the flood waters and into the creek. This vehicle has not yet been located or recovered. Many of you have seen or heard about the flooding at Wellington Hills, and this is where they called their home. Now displaced they are struggling to salvage as many items and memories as they can. These funds will help them replace and rebuild their home. They are retired, relying only on social security income. Mike has significant health issues. They had to be rescued from their home because the water was over 4 feet high and rising. This event has torn apart a community and has left them feeling helpless. Any donation given will be greatly appreciated and used to rebuild, what was a welcoming home for them.
