SWAMI Music: Funds 4 Irma Relief

SWAMI, South West Area Music Industry, of Florida, is staging a fund-raising benefit concert & event on October 1. We are seeking funds to help several musicians & their families, in the Florida Keys, who were hit with devastation during Hurricane Irma.
SWAMI a new organization, founded in May, 2017, feels that as a group of caring music industry professionals, we want to do our collective part to help some musicians who were hardest hit in the Keys.
We've partnered with several music pros in the Keys who are able to identify several of the neediest families.
We're poised to help musicians like:
Greg and wife Cindy: a guitar player whose ground-level house sustained major damage...they lost nearly everything.
Bobby D: guitar player/artist, whose roof blew off during Irma, his damage is massive.
"Call": a popular bass player who house was almost totalled
Marian: a guitar player, whose home is severely damaged, and is feeling extremely stressed as a result.
Our event on October 1 will help us raise monies from our community. By establishing our Go Fund Me account, we hope many more people, both from the global music community, and beyond that, will be moved to donate. The more we can raise by October 1, the more we can help individual families rebuild their lives and their music careers.
SWAMI members will personally take all donations directly to our contacts in the Keys, who will ensure the families we are helping, receive the donations. Photos will follow!
