Supplying Shoes of HOPE for Orphans

You may have seen photos like these before...   Young children with bare dirty feet - susceptible to infections, disease and injury.  Many orphans, from areas where there just are not even any "stores" to buy a pair - let alone beg for one.   





Our small Rotary Club in South Side Saint Joseph Missouri is working to get no less than 1000 pairs of shoes to help some of these kids!  (We have 400 so far!!)

We are looking for any source to donate shoes or for funds to help us purchase them.   

The shoes we get will be delivered sometime this summer; they will be sized for orphans in some of the neediest areas of our world like Guatemala and Kenya, to help them along their journey through life.  

If you can even spare $4.00 - that can help get us acquire even one pair.   

Many children that have been helped have claimed the shoes made that BIG difference to give them the strength and confidence to persevere.
