I am reaching out to my family, my SPN family. I have seen so much good, so much love, and so much caring in our fandom. And I am hoping at this time, we can come together to help a family out.
Many of you may know me at the Creation Supernatural Conventions as The Pillow Lady. I create Emotional Support Pillows based off the characters in the show. I have heard how they have helped so many people get through the weekend with their anxiety and depression, through loss and hardship. My goal was to make something to help people.
Now I am hoping you can help me, help someone.
I can not give a lot of details, because there is an infant involved. But here is what I can share.
A lovely lady has had some serious hardship befall her, from getting cancer (again), to losing her fiance, and now trouble with her eldest, leaving a baby behind. Despite her hardships, she has stepped up, and has had to fight the system to keep her grandchild out of fostercare. But she did not know how hard the care of her grandchild would be. DHS is telling her she must remain with the child 24/7 while the investagtion is in process, therefor she is unable to work.
She is currently behind on her rent, but while her landlord has been very understanding and hasn't moved to evict her yet, he/she has expenses related to the home that have to be paid and is now having to consider all options. so time is running out. So we are helping out two families in the long run.
The home also needs repairs, damages done by the fiance and his pets, as well as her eldest. (I wish I could give more details but with the investagation ongoing I can not)
This gofundme will help her get caught up on rent, and help to fix the damages to the home, allowing her to take care of this beautiful grandchild and not worry about the home they are living in.
