ON SPIRIT........

4/3 (pm) - SPIRIT HAS FINALLY BEEN FOUND AND IS BACK HOME WITH JULIE & DAVID WADE.

Spirit is very thin, lots of bones showing & is still undergoing evaluation from her vet.

This fund will remain open until Spirit returns to full health and back to being a happy and healthy old gal that she is. She will require lots of round the clock care and of course veterinary care.

3/31 (am) - the search continues
An amazing cattle rancher in Eustis/Mt Dora FL spotted a female fawn what looked to possibly be a Mastiff.

WELL GUESS WHAT FOLLOWERS......after extensive help of getting a hunting camera, supplies, crate, multiple trips ....successful pictures show that it is our dear SPIRIT, much thinner but none the less it’s still a female Mastiff, fawn with black mask AND ITS 100% Positively confirmed !!!

Julie Wade has confirmed it is SPIRIT although her baby girl is in fight or flight mode! She may have been in these woods this entire time (2+ months), who knows. She is hiding but coming out to feed when no one in site. We are hoping to get a large live animal trap that will not harm her will be set up on Easter Sunday. We hope this finally captures her so she can finally reunite with her momma and her entire pack.

Please every donation big or small will help tremendously. She will need Vet Care to get back to good health and put weight back on safely.

Julie (owner) will not give up until Spirit is safely returned home.

Reward has been increased but funds are truly limited. The family is not rich! Husband in fact has been battling cancer and the financial burden is heartbreaking.

Please if you can give even $10....it is so most appreciated!!!

2/11/18 - over 3 weeks missing
And to top it off it’s Julie’s (owner) Birthday.
She will not give up, we will not give up.

Our Pet Amber calls have been providing good leads. We know someone has her but hope they find it in their heart to just pick up that phone and say ....come me get your girl Spirit.

We appreciate to all those who have donated and would greatly appreciate everyone shares this request and keep sharing.

We have exhausted all funds and need to keep searching for girl....she needs to me home with her beloved family.

2 K9 professionals tracked her scent approximately 3 miles SW of second home. Spirit was taken from N Grandview St & E 9th Ave in Mt Dora FL.

We have put up more signs and canvases the correct area and we have had reporting that she may injured and disorientated. Someone was getting her into a grey mini-van and she escaped again. She is clearly afraid and very lost, she normally would go to anyone to be petted, she is a very sweet natured dog.

TO MOST SHE IS JUST A DOG BUT TO HER OWNER SHE IS A DAUGHTER A FAMILY MEMBER. The family is under financial hardship as the husband is fighting cancer and you can only imagine the expense. Then to top it off, the cost of the tracking dogs, fliers, stacks, posters, and the many trips daily to Mt Dora is becoming a financial burden.

Please donate $1, $10 or what ever you can!!!! Share this with all your friends even those who don’t know Spirit & the family. Every last $1 counts. Your money will help pay for more signs and stakes to be placed in the last area where she was taken from.

Spirit ran away from her second home in Mt Dora (near Wolf Branch & Roberts Rd) Friday 1/19 @ 9 pm. We think she may be traveling to original home but it’s pretty far away. We had a phone call saying she was seen in Sorrento FL.

We have exhausted our options and will be hiring tracking dogs before the rain comes down and wipes her scent. It’s quite expensive. The Lost and Found signs are up and more going up today. Her mom has been canvassing the area every night and through out the day.

Mom is exhausted and is running out of options. Too proud to ask for help!
