May South Africa and Kenya Trips

This May I am travelling to both Kenya and South Africa as part of my New Wine Discipleship Year to volunteer with two brilliant charities, each for 10 days:
The first is Red Tribe in Kenya (http://www.redtribe.org) who aim to help the remote Maasai Community in Southern Kenya and Northern Tanzania. They work to improve the health, education and as a result the future of the Community.
The second is The Sozo Foundation in Cape Town, South Africa (http://thesozofoundation.org.za) who are based in the impoverished Cape Flats community in Vrygrond. They aim to create opportunities for development in the community through four key areas: education, skills, youth and wellbeing. In their words they "help people to help themselves, so they can help others".
The cost of each trip is about £1000, which in total comes to a little over £2000 which covers flights, accomodation and travel in the countries, as well as food etc.
While out there we'll be helping with the various projects each charity is currently undertaking, more information on which can be find on their respective websites, but will likely include quite a lot practical and manual work.
I'm hoping that with the two groups I'm going with, we can help to make some sort of difference to the communities that live in these places. Both trips will also be a great opportunity for me to experience two totally different ways of life to the one I lead.
It would be awesome to receive any kind of support you can give, really every little helps.
