Rylee's Wild Ride
Rylee was born with severe congenital heart defects and Heterotaxy. Some of her abdominal organs are backwards and she's missing her spleen entirely. She has come out fighting through 6 open heart surgeries, excluding 89 minutes of cardiac arrest, on Feburary 15th followed by life support (ecmo) for 4 days.
We have been "residents" of pheonix children's hospital for just about her entire life. We were fortunate to go home, to Payson, for 2 weeks, before she was air lifted back to pch on July 26th. Since then we have moved here. Saturday September 6th Rylee went into cardiac arrest again, she is officially listed for a heart transplant as a 1A as of September 8th 2014.
Rylee is a pheonomenal little girl, full of smiles and laughs. She has fought daily to survive. Constantly having ups and downs. We want to share her journey and what a miracle she is!
