Save a struggling family of 6

From a stomach ache to becoming a cancer patient in only 4 months, the head of our household and father of 4 is out of work and we are quickly running out of money.
Our insurance doesn’t cover a nurse to come to our home so we’ve had to learn to set up his daily medications and intravenous immunoglobulin.
Due to his fragile state and picc line, he isn’t able to return to work for the foreseeable future until his condition improves.
Once his infection is clear, he can have a life saving surgery, bowel resection. We are praying for the best case, partial colectomy.

We are looking at a minimum of 2 months on FMLA. We don’t qualify for unemployment because he is still employed. We don’t qualify for story term disability through his work.
His EAP suggested seeking donations through Red Cross and United Way. (Honestly that was hard to hear, no help from his employer)

We understand that the holidays just past and 2020 has been a struggle bus for everyone.
We wouldn’t have had Christmas for the children, if it wasn’t for the generosity of everyone around us.
