My mom and her dog need your help

My 68 yo mother has had a rough year. She broke her hip in May and has been recovering well.

But, she didn't expect to have one of her two Pomeranians, Mister, to need surgical care for a growth in his mouth as well as dental surgery. My mom is retired and is on a restricted income and can't afford many things outside her budget. Along with new medical bills and dogwalker needs (she lives on the 3rd floor of a walk up building), Mister's medical care is not in the budget.

Please help a bit, if you can, to offset Mister's surgery bills. Estimates are around $1200. Additional funds are needed for tests that we can't estimate.
