Robins Custody Legal Fees

This fund has been reactivated due to the delays and challenges that were dragged out through the family court process.  Robin is still desperately trying to bring closure to the custody battle that began almost two years, and thousands of dollars, ago.

It was a normal afternoon when Justice (Robins grandson who lived with her) asked Robin to go outside.  What Robin didn’t realize was Justice’s non-biological “father” had planned to take Justice without notice nor consent. 

As Robin made phone calls for law enforcement to assist to retrieve Justice, she discovered, under the most difficult of circumstances, that the legal paperwork to finalize custody for Justice was never completed.  This fund is to help offset the legal fees to regain custody of Justice.
