Eddie and Robert have survived by each other other through thick, thin, and illness for as long as anyone can remeber. Eddie is known throughout New Mexico for his amazing catering, cookbook, and multi cultural cuisine! Eddie has used his cooking skills as his main source of income the past few years to support himself and Robert. Eddie has worked through all his own personal health battles the last few years but as Robert has been in the hospital the past few months Eddie had to take a step away from his normal holiday business rush that helps him get through the year.

At this time we are asking for any help or support that can be lent to help bring Robby home to be with Eddie and to help with his burial costs. Additional funds will be used to help catch up and pay current past due bills and expenses due to loss of work.

Eddie is currently is working on the Tamale orders that have already been placed. He promises to be in touch soon! Words from Eddie at this time:

"I don't know how to work things real well, so I'm putting this together the best I can. I've got a lot of medical issues myself that I haven't been able to take care of because I didn't have the money and had to spend time with him.
