Rileigh's Journey

As many of you know, our beautiful, spirited daughter, Rileigh Sierra Hanson, was diagnosed with Stage 2A Hodgkin’s Lymphoma just before the holidays in November of 2017. As her mother, this news all but stopped my heart. What you may not know, however is that Rileigh has the heart of a warrior. Unknowingly, the willful, stubborn attitude she showed as a toddler would be exactly what she needs to beat cancer's a$$.

She is receiving her treatment at Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital in Orlando, Florida. I am taken aback almost daily over the revelations of love and support in our community. We are so thankful for all of you. This may not be an easy road for her or our family, but we are not looking back.

This campaign has been established by those who love Rileigh to give financial support to her and the family during this process. It will be stressful and of course, expensive. It has never been in my nature to ask for help for myself, but for my children, I will do whatever it takes to see them succeed, and in Rileigh’s case, survive.
