I am reaching out to urgently ask for help in protecting myself and my family from a man who has caused me immense harm. In early September, I was the victim of rape. Since that time, this individual has continued to threaten, harass, stalk, and victimize me on a daily basis, putting the safety and security of my family and me at serious risk.

In late August and early September, I began dating a man who I now realize intentionally targeted me as his prey. Almost immediately, he became possessive, controlling, and irrationally jealous—constantly accusing me of being unfaithful and demanding to know whether I was speaking with or seeing other men.

When I told him that I would be traveling out of state for work, his behavior escalated and the situation quickly became a nightmare.

I currently have an emergency protection order in place and have sought every possible form of legal protection.  I have not been able to return to work due to this, but I have made it my full time job to reach out and get all the help possible.  However, the process has created significant financial strain.  Lawyer fees have totaled over $7500, but I’ll never stop and I’ll never be silenced from someone who took so much from myself and my family.  I’ll never stop!
