Need some help

On July 11th, as I was riding my bicycle home from the grocery store with food for my family, I was jumped by a group of people.  Part of the attack was captured on cell phone video. 

They beat me up, stole my shoes and threw away my bags of groceries.

After seeing the story on the news, many of you reached out looking to help.  Thank you in advance for your willingness to lend a hand after what was certainly a scary moment.
