Rianne Houle Medical Expenses

My name is Rianne Houle, I am 18 years old and in grade 11.  My favorite things to do are to be with family, attend school when I can, play x-box and Wii.
I have been battling a chronic lung disease since grade 7.  this disease has sent me to be hospitalized for many times throughout the past six years.  The hospital is located approxiametly 3 hours from my home community of Ebb and Flow.
My sickness is astham, bronichiactasis, pneumothrax, Reoccuring Respiratory Papilomatosos (RRP), and Respiratory Failure.  These conditions have made me dependent on continuous home O2.  I am also on a bipap machine daily and every night for respiratory support.  This machine helps me keep my breath up, especially when I am sleeping.
I recently went to the Mayo Clinic on Thursday February 19, 2015 in Rochester, Minnesota.  I had 6 appointments within 29 hours.  On my 4th appointment, after reviewing my chart and CT scan the pulmonologist determined surgery for me, along with the ENT Department present. An appointment for surgery was scheduled for Febraury 20, 2015.  Due to the costs, we cancelled the surgery and a return date will be set, once we have enough money to pay for the surgery.  The Mayo clinic will schedule the surgery as soon as possible after we can confirm funds to cover the costs.
The surgery is estimated to cost about $16,586.00 in US funds.  The cost in Canadian Dollars is $21,055.00.  It will also cost about $5,000.00 for my family to be with me for the surgery.  So we would like to raise $26,055.00 Canadian Dollars for this procedure.
My parents are very humble people and would not ask for help, so I am asking for your help.  I have 4 sisters, so the expenses to raise children is great.  No one could anticipate this surgery would be required in order to live a healthy life for me.  I truly appreciate any support you can give this campaign for my surgery.
