Raising Revenue for Roxanne

Roxanne Frith is a Lansing photographer, teacher, gardener and lover of life. She also is in need of a kidney transplant. While the waiting list in Michigan is long, Roxanne is lucky -- her brother is a match and will be donating one of his kidneys.
This is fantastic news, but her life-saving transplant surgery comes with some challenges. Between lost work time and unexpected medical expenses, Rox needs your help (though she would never ask for it).
There are lots of ways to contribute. This page is one of them. Over the coming months, there will also be some fundraising events. Among them:
-- June 27: Art Party and Sale at the Creole Gallery in Old Town
-- Sept. 15: Photo shoot day: Photographers with studio space in the John Bean building will do portrait sessions for $30
-- Also: Benefit concert featuring Nobody's Darlin' and Sometimes Y (more details will be forthcoming)
