Reunite Aaron with Son

Donation protected

Aaron is a 21 year combat disabled veteran that served his country in 4 combat missions and countless humanitarian missions around the world. He is a wounded warrior that has severe PTSD and other combat related complications due to the effects of war over his 21 years of service and 250 average day a year in the field. Now he is fighting another battle, his health and quality of life. On top of all of this he is having to fight to be with his young four year old son.  The burden of all these battles have taken quite the toll on Aarons spirit. He's has been very depressed over the horrible thought he may never see his son again.

The story begins after a complicated divorce. Baby Jack was taken to Germany in 2015 by his mother. Aaron NEVER gave his ex-wife permission to go to Germany, disappear and leave him with NO contact for nearly three years. It's unfathonable to keep him from their son. If anyone has ever dealt with parental alienation or parental abuduction you can sympathize with how painful it is for the non-custodial parent to be stripped of his rights for no reason. Custodial parents are using the defense called the "silver bullet" to gain full custody of their children and deny access to the non-custodial parent. Sadly, our family court system is broken and it does not care if it will affect this young child and his father forever. He has had NO WAY to fight this until NOW!

After a lot of researching and praying, Aaron has recently learned that he can fight for joint custody in Germany but it will cost a minimum of $20,000 for attorney's fees, travel and expenses to go back and forth to Germany. Aaron must raise the funds immediately so that he can hire the attorney and hopefullly see his son for his 4th birthday. It will be the first birthday in 3 years.

No father should be without his son for 3 years. Aaron doesn't know what he sounds like, he hasn't had the pleasure of seeing Jack's first milestones, he doesn't know how he laughs or what he looks like when he smiles. He's never heard Jack say the words 'daddy'.  Sadly, we have recently learned that his son doesn't even know Aaron exists much less that he has a father that loves him dearly and wants so badly to see him.

Aaron's finances have been in ruins because of lengthy court battles and his extensive health complications. Although Aaron is more accustomed to serving others and his country than he is at asking for help, in this case, he would be forever grateful to know his friends, family and community will not stand to leave a father-son relationship behind. Words cannot express how depressed he has been over not seeing his little boy. His oldest son, now 17, doesn't even know Jack. Aaron and his oldest son talk often about what it would be like to have Jack in their lives. When I see the look on his face and hear the tone in his voice when he thinks of baby Jack, I feel completely overwhelmed with emotions. It's heartbreaking!

Please help us reunite this deserving father and son. Your donation of any size will give Aaron hope that justice is possible and we can continue the good fight. Aaron deserves to have a relationship with his son. Jack deserves to know his father is a war hero. No deserving, good father should be purposely alienated from their child forever because of someone's personal maliciousness and hatred. We desperately need your help!

Thank you!
