There are so many things all of us are blessed to have especially during this season. Wayne ,Meagan and the kids were headed for a great season as well until Wayne woke up the other morning and told Meagan he was in pain and that he needed to get to the doctor. From that visit to urgent care he was told to immediately get to the hospital , while at the hospital he was diagnosed with pneumonia and they admitted him right away. As they started testing on Wayne they found a cancerous lump the size of a softball on his lung.More testing will need to be done to determine exactly what type of cancer this is and how advanced and in what stages we’re looking at. As one of Wayne and Meagans friends here in Palm Coast and being a cancer survivor myself I’m aware of all the pitfalls involving up and coming bills that will be on the horizon very soon. With all this being said we’re reaching out to everyone to help in any way they can. I feel if people can be compassionate towards a homeless man and raise thousands of dollars which literally changed his life I feel all of us by just contributing a very small amount here can really help this family have a wonderful Christmas. Wayne is still in the hospital and needs many more tests I feel by lending our support here would be the best Christmas gift anyone could receive from not only friends and family but from anyone who has ever faced this horrible disease head on. Thank you all for your support.
