Susan M. (Condon) Forni, age 45, of Amesbury, died Sunday evening, May 5, 2013, at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston, after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Eric Forni.
Born in Boston, January 23, 1968, she was the daughter of Richard and Joanne (Doherty) Condon. She was a graduate of Triton High School and Laboure College where she earned her nursing degree.
Susan was a brilliant, caring nurse, gifted supervisor and a dear friend to her colleagues and patients.
Many hearts are broken by her sudden passing, but her love of others and her devotion to her family and friends will forever be remembered as true treasures of the heart.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she is survived by her loving children who meant the world to her, Nicholas, Tyler, Gavin and Elizabeth. She is also survived by her sister, Lisa Bina and husband, Jeffrey with their children, Lindsay and Jonathan; her mother-in-law, Lucinda Keenan and husband, Charles; her brother-in-law, Christopher Forni and wife, Lori with their son, Vincent, several aunts and uncles, and many dear friends.
