A fall on the stairs with her foot wedged between them and the wall, broken bones, surgery for bimalleolarfracture with knotless tightrope syndesmosis, a stay at a nursing home, wheelchair bound, and a move from her rv into a home that was scheduled had to take place without her. When she got home from the nursing home, daily living was a tough adjustment. Then some physical progress, cast off into a boot with a walker. Boot off. Meanwhile, income paused but not the bills. Resources tapped during a time of significant changes and adjustments to life. Still need to save her storage unit, save her car, save her car insurance, the vet bill she pays on monthly and other bills have auto drafted leaving her account, and she needs gas. Next month there will also be new rent due and then she should be ok after March. Even small donations add up. Think about if everyone sent 1 dollar!
