Finally moving after our house fire!

**update 6/26 I have recently been asked to share our story once again now that Jayden and I have finally found a home to move into, and have to replace all furniture and household items like dishes,linens,towels and some appliances. We start moving this weekend, but I hadn't thought about using this again since we did get an amazing amount of love from everyone from family to fellow chivers! First of all, as I update this. I want to give a big shout out to everyone who has helped our family get this far! With out yalls support we would be lost.

Saturday morning 2/22 around 4 am our fire alarms went off and our garage was completely engulfed in flames. The fire department told us how lucky we were that we got out when we did, because my daughter slept on the otherside of the house from where we slept and the fire started, and that the fire had been burning atleast an hour before they got there. The 5 minutes it took for them to get to our house felt like the longest 5 minutes of my life. Sitting there on the curb after trying to pull our boat ( Kyle's life savings) from the drive way and watching it catch on fire was the most devastating thing of all. Watching everything you've worked for just go up in flames is the worst feeling in the world. I am thankful that we got out safe with Jayden and the dogs, but it couldn't have happend at a worse time. I belive that God gives his greatest struggles to his strong warriors, but sometimes we dont always understand why he put these struggles in our paths.  Right now we have a place to stay, our house is completely unlivable, and will take 6-9 months to fix. We are asking for any kind of donations that you can give. Clothing was destroyed, furniture, pictures, everything.

We will also be apart of a fundraise Monday March 10th at Tilted Kilt Las Colinas (my job) where a percentage of the sales will go to us that night. I also know a friend at CowtownChive is setting up something for this weekend in fort worth.

We greatly appreciate every single dollar and prayer at this point in our journy. I couldn't say Thank you enough to all of you who have donated.

We will also be in Tarrant county all through out the week at different times between work and Jayden being in school that we can meet for clothes,toys, gift cards, anything. We will be getting a storage unit this week to try and put what was salvage able into it, but most the furniture is ruined between the smoke and water damage.
