Fund-Raising to correct Gail Heller’s failed nose surgery.

Please help me reconstruct my nose and breathe again following a bad nose surgery to correct a “deviated septum,” a procedure I was told would improve breathing.
Friend, I know that in this climate of socioeconomic turmoil, finances are tight, but please find it in your heart to help. I am seeking financial help to correct a failed nose surgery I had in St. Paul, Minnesota, in May of 2018. Unfortunately, this substandard surgery resulted in a disaster, collapsing my right nostril resulting in my being left with a non-functional, deformed nose--a bulbous half-nose. This has changed my life forever. I need extensive, costly repair surgery that I, in no way, can afford. The septum was moved to the right, collapsing and blocking the right nostril resulting in continual congestion in both nostrils. As a result, my health has been compromised. This is now beginning to affect my ears as well.
For over three years, I have endured facial disfigurement. The right side of my nose is less than 1/3 the size of the left side of the nose. On the left side, the indiscriminate placement of cartilage, along with the bridge not being straightened just above it, creates a prominent, quirky C-shaped deformity. The surgery moved the septum very close to ½ inch to the right. The jaw having been pulled along with the moved septum, you can see that the lower lip appears skewed by a 1/3-inch. Measuring by the center of front teeth, there is clearly a full 1/3-inch discrepancy between the center of upper and lower front teeth.
I am a young-hearted, creative 73-years. I have much to offer the world. I am living on a limited income, a small monthly Social Security check, for which I am grateful. Since this horrible surgery, my world has become much smaller. I want to regain my health and strength, become independent, and live again. Thank you for your concern and support.
With Gratitude, Goal: $35,000
