Please Help Reagan Get To DC!

My daughter Reagan's school is hosting an educational trip to the East Coast next June, visiting NYC and DC. This is a dream trip and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Reagan. She is so excited about the possibility of going - it is literally all she talks about! Reagan is a great kid and has always brought home straight As - even some A+s! This trip is something I would absolutely love to give her. Unfortunately, the cost of the trip is out of my budget, and I do not have the funds to send her. Additionally, she would like me to go and chaperone, which doubles the price. But, what an amazing bonding experience this could be!
I know there are a lot of financial needs out there, and many that are more urgent and valid. But, as I always say, everything is relative. For Reagan, this trip is something she would cherish forever, as she is very interested in American history and also experiencing new things. She is our "sponge" - has always been extremely inquisitive and eager to learn.
Raising three girls, I rarely have had the opportunity to give Reagan many nice things, and she has never complained or asked for much (knowing our financial situation). She has always taken the "Sorry honey, we can't afford that" in stride. That is why it is that much more important for me to raise the funds to send her on this trip. She is so very deserving, and I would love to reward her and bless her with this gift.
I truly appreciate any and all help I can get for Reagan. The tour company is asking for full payment by March 1st.
