My Dream of Being an Actor

Ever since I was in 4th Grade, I have dreamt about becoming a great actor and this summer I have a chance of a lifetime opportunity to go to an amazing camp called Interlochen in the northwestern part of Michigan to get some amazing training and experiences! 

Each summer, students in grades 3-12 gather at Interlochen Arts Camp to learn, create and perform alongside leading artists and instructors "“ I would love to be one of those students!  

Interlochen Arts Camp attracts students, faculty and staff from all 50 U.S. states and more than 40 countries. Each summer, 2,500 students are accepted to Interlochen to train intensively with renowned instructors, producing more than 400 presentations in music, theatre, dance, visual arts, creative writing and motion picture arts. - See more at: http://camp.interlochen.org/summer-arts-programs#sthash.8znGbC3o.dpuf. 

To be accepted into Interlochen wasn't easy, I had to audition by singing and performing a monologue worthy of the honor.  I truly believe attending Interlochen camp program will help me improve on my acting,  and singing techniques for my dream acting career but need help with funding. This camp is a residential camp that is located in northwest Michigan and provides me with everything I need for six weeks summer of 2014.  Even though I am only 12, I have been working odd jobs for friends and family  trying to work and raise funds to attend for the entire summer, but will need more help.
