Rally for Michelle!

Over the holiday season, Michelle (Broadie) Huseby of Rochester, WA (Marsh Valley High School 'Class of 1985') was hit with the gut wrenching news that she is full of cancerous tumors from head to toe. Michelle is a beloved pre-school teacher in her community and loving wife to Garth and mother to Chase (15) and Tiel (13). She is the much loved daughter of K.D. and Carol Broadie and sister to Dan Lete, Lisa Lete Melton and Juli Fitch.  Michelle is a hard worker, often taking on evening and weekend jobs to support her family. You will never hear Michelle complain about the cards that she is dealt. Those who know Michelle will affirm that she always has a radiant smile on her face and her laughter is contagious. It's impossible to be in a bad mood when Michelle is in the room. This is Michelle's second bout with cancer stemming from her breast cancer eight years ago. While the doctors say that Michelle's cancer is incureable, it "is" treatable; however, she is in for the "fight of her life!" Unarguably, Michelle is the toughest kid in the family. Growing up in East Idaho, her siblings learned this the hard way. You don't mess with Michelle or you will lose!!! It's this lifelong fearless attitude that will help get Michelle through this trial. Michelle says she is "ready to battle!" While she fights, the Huseby Family is going to need some financial help to make up for lost income, for travel expenses back and forth to the hospital and the inevitable medical bills to come. Let's rally for Michelle starting NOW! The goal is to raise $5,500 or more by March. No donation is too small; every cent adds up!
