Medical Fund Karatoconus Surgery

For the last few years I have been working on finding funding so I can get additional surgery on my eyes due to a degenerative eye disease, Karatokonus. Karatokonus effects the cornea. I found out  I have this in both eyes, but my left eye is close to blindness. The cornea does not allow the retina to be corrected so contacts or glasses will not help me see better. I had Intact Surgery years ago and since then I can wear a contact in my left eye and can see enough to work but I am limited with driving and  daily activites. My hope is that this surgery will work so that I do not need to have a cornea transplant. 

The only Dr. I found to help me is in Beverly Hills. His name is Dr. Boxer Wachler. The cost could be up to $18,000 for the surgery and an additional $600 for supplements and medication. My insurance does not cover this but may be able to reimburse a small portion after it is complete. Thanks to my family, I currently have the majority of the funding, but am struggling to find the last of the funds for the surgery, supplements and medication. The surgery is set for the end of October.

Any amount will  help and is very much appreciated. I know that there are a lot of people out there that need more than I do so I understand if you can't  help me at this time.
