RUN DLC

Time & Place was so deeply misplaced by the passing of Debra Low Choy in June this year.  Debra was so much a part of the DNA of Time & Place team and was a major driving factor in the inception and growth of the business. 

The Time & Place team will be partaking in the Melbourne Marathon across all distances to raise funds in Debra's memory.  Our team is aptly named 'RUN DLC' in a nod to 80s hip hop band Run DMC; which we know would have received the tick of approval from Deb. 

The funds raised from this event will be for her most treasured life acomplishments, her children and will be placed in a Trust account for Arleigh, Kiowa and Sabrina.  The Trust has been established to assist the children in their educational pursuits  (including school excursions, extra-curricular activities such as art, music and sport, tutoring, psychology and/or counselling and travel associated with educational purposes). 

Unfortunately, we are unable to register the trust in connection with a Registered Charity therefore the only platform we can use to fundraise is via crowdfunding.  Crowdfunding do take approximately 7% in administration costs so if you would like to donate directly to the trust account please contact us for details.

We would love to provide individuals/companies making donations with a tax invoice but as we are not deductible gift recipient (DGR) we are unable to do this. 

We would be so grateful for any and all donations to  assist us in providing a legacy for Debra's children in the way in which she would have hoped to do herself.
