ROSALINA'S PAYING IT FORWARD...♥
'She had a light in her smile, wisdom in her eyes and love filled her body...'
In honour of Rosalina's life we'd like to help our closest community, the people and causes that touched Rosalina directly.
We are raising funds for two families connected to Rosalina's heart and to her school. We'd like to spread the love around to some deserving people who have and continue to struggle a lot.
Both of these families have been visited by hardships and loss...
The Randell family, who have been our guiding light in how to live with the unbearable pain of having a child with cancer with grace have been manoeuvring through childhood cancer themselves for far too long. Two of their three wonderful children are currently in treatment. We would like to help their family with everyday needs.
Rosalina had a very sweet friendship with Zarife and Sami, whose Mama, Michelle, passed onward last November, after valiantly fighting leukemia. We would like to raise money for their education funds to which their Mama would have contributed if she was still with us, and which will have a lasting benefit in their lives.
The third recipient will be Jacob Randell's Onewish Foundation, which made it possible for Rosalina's recent Make a Wish to be granted. Because of the special way that Jacob tied his heart to ours, this is an organization we would be honoured to give back to.
Ultimately we'd like to raise $10,000 for each of these recipients. We will divide the money up evenly every three months and continue until we reach our goal.
