Thema's Reiki Master/Teacher Course

My spiritual journey to discover peace and fulfillment led me to the healing art of Reiki ("universal" "life force energy"). It is hard to believe that only a little over a year ago In November 2013, I began my journey as a Reiki practitioner....since then, I have been able to share the healing energy of Reiki with those in search of stress relief and clarity.

Within this year, I have completed the first 3 Levels of Reiki training, Reiki I, Reiki II, and Advanced Reiki Training (ART). My next step on this journey is to become a certified Reiki Master Teacher. As a Reiki Master I would be able to guide those who are interested through the different levels of Reiki and attune them to the energy, empowering them to give Reiki to themselves and others.

My vision is to be able to bring these teachings to all who are drawn to it, but especially to the youth in the community who tend to suffer from such diagnoses as ADD and PTSD. My work with young people so far has uncovered their strong interest in not only receiving but also learning Reiki as a technique. I have already layed the groundwork by meeting with school administrators and principals in New Haven. Reiki can empower the youth to provide stress relief and a grounding calmness for themselves, their peers and to their families. 

We all have dreams, hopes and desires that with a little help and support from our family, friends, and our community can be possible!  Sedona, AZ is the (unofficial) capital for alternative/holistic health exploration. My goal is to raise $2000 by January 31st, 2015 to attend an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher course in February at Infinite Light Healing Studies in Sedona, with world-reknowned Master teachers, Laurelle Gaia and Michael Baird.  Your contribution will assist with class tuition($875), travel from Connecticut to Arizona and lodging accomodations while in Sedona.
