<div>Queremos profundizar este trabajo de acompañamiento participando en una formación intensiva en Plum Village (centro internacional de mindfulness y paz) del 15 al 22 de mayo en Francia. Allí, nos nutriremos de prácticas ancestrales de plena conciencia para adaptarlas a nuestro contexto y fortalecer el bienestar en nuestras comunidades.

<div>Weaving Wisdoms Together: Young People from Chiapas Travel to Train in the Art of Mindfulness

<div>We are Maya young people convinced that healing is a collective act. In Chiapas, we are part of the organization Ch'ieltik. We accompany children and youth in creating safe spaces for interaction, growth, and the transformation of suffering into hope. We share experiences of healing emotions and finding our own voice.

<div>Our compass is Lekil Kuxlejal (Well being in the Maya Cosmovision), the sacred balance between the self, the community, and Mother Earth. Today, we wish to deepen that harmony.

<div>We want to deepen this work of support by participating in an intensive training at Plum Village (an international center for mindfulness and peace) from May 15 – 22 in France. There, we will nourish ourselves with ancestral mindfulness practices so we can adapt them to our own context and strengthen well-being in our communities.
